Repair Call Management

We implement a suitable Refurbishment solution to fulfil the customer’s requirements. This is undertaken either onsite or in our dedicated Refurbishment Centres. We ensure efficient operation through our eService (CRM) platform.

Post Warranty

Post Warranty Service is a customised, tailor-made service, offering the repair of  your fleet, either in the marketplace or in the warehouse.

It can complement standard warranty service activities, including Preventive Maintenance as frequently as needed and non-valid warranty repairs in the market. During or after the warranty period, customers can be assured that their equipment  operates efficiently, in an uninterrupted manner and to its full potential, enhancing brand image and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Placement

 This involves the transportation and installation of cooling equipment units to a specified outlet in the marketplace, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery, as well as the appropriate procedures for the installation.

A key benefit of the One-on-One Placement is also the reduction of the time and complexity for the customer in the period between the purchase of a unit and its placement in the marketplace, allowing faster commencement of sales.  We assume all responsibilities such as inbound handling and warehousing, transportation, outbound handling and dispatching, commissioning in the marketplace, thereby ensuring quality of service and the reduction of administrative costs from the time that ICMs are purchased until they are operational in the marketplace.

Preventive Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance SLA ensures that your equipment’s operational performance is secured whilst downtime costs and lost sales are minimized. Main activities during PM include checking and repairing/replacing parts in the following areas

MECHANICAL SYSTEM

  • Checking/Fixing of the correct positioning of the equipment & levelling of the equipment.
  • Checking/Fixing the front and back grid.
  • Checking/Fixing the self-closing system of the door.
  • Checking/Fixing the fan support and fan grid correctly.
  • Checking/Unclogging of the draining system.
  • Checking of noise from the fan motors.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

  • Checking/Fixing the power cable (replacement if needed).
  • Checking/Fixing the illumination system.
  • Checking/Fixing the electrical connections.
  • Checking/Fixing the proper installation of the thermostat’s or electronic controller’s electrical box cover.
